Meet Mark Stlaske - our leader on our Help Desk and Network Operations Center who is starting his 5th year with us at HTS. Mark holds a bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University and is a certified Microsoft, Sonicwall and Symantec Network Engineer. He also has his A+ from CompTIA – and will soon complete and receive his Network+ certification as well. Mark is dedicated to customer service and is never satisfied until he solves all the technical issues presented by our clients.
