Dow Construction, Inc. is a small construction firm specializing in subcontracting projects ranging from $1 – $10 million. With an in-house carpentry, millwork and door division, Dow specializes in offering the general contractor a reliable source for cost savings and scheduling success.

Beginning with our new home at 700 Port Centre Parkway – a 30,000 square foot mixed use commercial office and warehouse building – Dow Construction has mentored a new business, D&D Millwork. Here we employ over 30 skilled carpenters and cabinet makers, providing custom millwork with a focus on division 6 work, doors, hardware and windows. We are also committed to LEED standards and practices; as many of our employees are Leed certified.

Together with D&D Millwork, Dow can self-perform in many areas on large projects, making things smoother for general contractors across the board.
